The legal warranty of a product is 2 years from the date of purchase.

Go directly to the store or contact the website where you purchased the product. They will take care of your defective product.

Access the After-Sales support form by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Please provide the product reference, a copy of the proof of purchase, the date of purchase and clearly identify the problem encountered. We will send you a voucher so that you can return the product to us.
